The Industry Exhibition of the International Audiologist Congress is the most important and the biggest exhibition of the hearing device industry in Europe.


The Goal

The platform should comply with the international target groups of the exhibitors and exhibition visitors. Old and new exhibitors, through clear, user-oriented processes and functions, should control for easy ordering from exhibition booths, conference rooms, and other products. The CMS editor should approve all sign-ins and orders, and if neccessary be able to process them and confer them to proper use. At the same time, the management and service costs for the back-end editor should be kept as low as possible.

From constructable booths and individualized conference rooms to personalized parking passes, all products provided will be user specific. This includes individual possibilities for product scope, price ads, availability and language – depending on the roll of every exhibitors. Through the integrated user profile, the exhibitors can view all orders and their current status at any time. The CMS allows fully and partially automated control, editing, and approval possibilities with 2 clicks maximum and a completely automated invoice creation and dispatch as well as e-mail communication.
