    How the ExpertenCheck works

    1. Preliminary discussion & interview: To prepare for the workshop, we exchange information about your existing strategy and measures and jointly define the participant group.

    2. Inventory: We conduct a structured inventory of your measures based on relevant success drivers and KPIs.

    3. Assessment: For positioning, we determine the current state for each assessment dimension using a scoring matrix and record the target state.
