GALERIA is Germany's leading department store group with a complex, multi-layered merchandise and supply chain structure. The company manages a broad assortment across different logistics channels and handles large volumes of master, pricing and order data in SAP.

For the supply chain division, a specialized operations partner was needed to take responsibility for the data processes in SAP with high process quality and reliability. A scalable, long-term solution was required to efficiently cover all logistics channels and ordering processes.

Der Weg zur Lösung

Since 2024, 2HM has acted as a specialized operations partner, taking responsibility for large parts of data management in GALERIA's supply chain division. At the start of the project, all relevant processes were comprehensively documented, analyzed and standardized to enable workflow optimization. In day-to-day operations, this includes creating and maintaining master data, article data, prices and warehouse and logistics data across all relevant logistics channels, as well as full order management, changes, cancellations, distribution lists and promotion control. To safeguard process quality, 2HM established its own QA process that systematically detects and analyzes errors and feeds them into continuous improvement of documentation and training.
