How the ExpertenCheck works
**1. Preliminary discussion & interview:** To prepare for the workshop, we exchange information about your existing strategy and measures and jointly define the participant group.
**2. Inventory:** We conduct a structured inventory of your measures based on relevant success drivers and KPIs.
**3. Assessment:** For positioning, we determine the current state for each assessment dimension using a scoring matrix and record the target state.
