Introduce a professional CRM system that structures and automates all sales processes. In parallel, generate qualified leads to expand the position as a premium SOLIDWORKS reseller and make sales more efficient.
Der Weg zur Lösung
In a strategy workshop, ICP, USP and buyer personas were defined. This was followed by HubSpot CRM implementation with structured data import, a new deal process and comprehensive sales team onboarding. For lead generation, forms, CTAs, landing pages and a lead scoring system were implemented, accompanied by Google, Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
Das Ergebnis
With the introduction of HubSpot, LINCON was able to structure, automate and professionalize its sales processes. The sales team now works much more efficiently as leads are systematically scored by relevance and automatically integrated into the sales process. The market position as a premium SOLIDWORKS reseller was sustainably strengthened.
